Designing Your Dream Home
One Day MiraCosta Workshop - Offered Three Times Each Year
If you are considering building a new home or remodeling, this workshop is for you. Architect Sam Chereskin AIA has been teaching this popular class at Miracosta College, San Elijo campus, for more than 10 years.
In this workshop you will learn:

• Site Analysis and Selection
• Chosing an architect and hiring a contractor
• Design phases, building permits and fee structures
• Scheduling and quality control

This knowledge is the key to successful dealings with architects, contractors, building officials, and suppliers.
